The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was well-appointed and comfortable; really liked all the "pump" products in the bathroom so no fussing with all the tiny soap wrappers. Some nice surprises: the pool and spa area (indoor and outdoor) were awesome! Also, the fact that Gulf State Park is literally outside the door was fantastic; we hit the trails to walk our dog, head to the beach, etc. Lastly, the adjacent coffee shop, Southern Grind, was super nice to have--not only for some great coffee and atmosphere, but super fun gift shop.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety for everyone. Great to have the convience of grabbing a good meal before heading out for a full day.

Staff was super friendly and we were upgraded to a family suite with a view of the ocean, upon arrival. The property was spotless and decorated beautifully for the holidays which makes it feel even more special! My kids loved the bunk beds, and the indoor/outdoor pool. My husband and I enjoyed spicy bloody Mary’s from the bar. Free parking and convenient cafe connected to the hotel for breakfast/coffee/snacks if you decide not to eat at the hotel restaurant. I look forward to staying here again!

Hotel Indigo is both dog friendly and super nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved the decor throughout the hotel and the beautiful pool area. The bathroom also had a bit of an upscale feel to it, as did everything else. Everything was seriously the deep-down, smells-fresh type of clean. We were very impressed and happy about that.

I absolutely loved everything especially the hot shower. It was like your own little oasis. The beds were soft, there was storage space for everything , there were so many different light sources that you are able light up the room to your liking and most importantly it was very clean. The staff everywhere was also very friendly and helpful.

It was a very clean hotel. We had an ocean view from our room in the hotel which was nice to wake up too in the morning. The breakfast we ordered was great and "hot off the press". The staff was nice.

Excellent property and very convenient to the beach. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. I loved the room, and the bed was very comfortable. Julie at the front desk was full of information and on point. Lisa, the manager of the Hotel is the best make sure they get bonuses please.
